COUCH TO 5K

Has anyone started, or done the Couch to 5k. Started it on Sunday, and actually really enjoyed it. Have scheduled my next run for tomorrow Tuesday. I will stay committed for the 9 weeks, and see how it goes. I aim to get fitter, loose some weight, and possibly run a marathon. I am mainly doing it for my health. Wish me luck. Will pop back with an update tomorrow.

I just finished my c25k, I think you won't regret starting, I feel so good and proud of myself :) the worst part is that you might become a running shoe addict!

That's a habit I would definitely like to be addicted to. Anything that will benefit me physical, and mental well being, I'll settle for that.
