I have over 2 stone to lose, so I have signed up for the 12-week plan today.
How are people who are on the plan finding it? Is it quick and easy to follow?
I’m a teacher, so have a busy, tiring lifestyle. I struggle to keep active and eating healthily, usually ‘grab and go’. When I meal prep, I eat really healthily, but I always meal prep on a Sunday and do well until Wednesday and then fail miserably from Thurs-Sun!!
I’d love to hear how the 12-week plan is going for you all.

I have replied to you on LozzaH's post, Jade1995, but here are the links again.
Follow this link to our chat thread and a list of all the activities we run. We've found active participation to be key to success, especially with our weigh-ins and Daily Diary.
Print the 12 weeks off and study them. 'Is it quick and easy to follow?'... yes and no! It's easy to understand but counting cals can initially take some getting to grips with (but it does get easier especially as we tend to eat much the same things in the end).
Lytham's idea to freeze down in batches is great for busy lives, especially when we get home pooped from a day's work.
I originally used the 12 week plan to great effect and lost 18kgs. I eventually fell off the wagon and am back following the calorie levels worked out by the NHS BMI calculator whilst reducing my carb intake quite substantially.
There are yet other alternatives which you will read about here and it's likely to be a case of finding out what works for you.
Moreless has mentioned the Daily Diary and having a quick peak at today's one may give you an insight as to how connected and helpful this forum is...
