Hello, ZA30, and welcome to the forum 😊
I have no suggestions for quick weight loss. Weight lost quickly tends to be regained more quickly, with more besides. If you'd like to lose weight and keep it lost, there is plenty of support for you here.

Hi ZA30 and welcome,
This forum is about losing weight in a controlled and sensible way that creates good practice on how to maintain weight loss, once we have reached our goal. Hopefully you'll stick around and find out.
Hey Zaid
Unfortunately weight loss isn't quick. You can loose some weight quickly but if you go too quick you'll JoJo very badly. Read up on realistic targets for weight lossm My best advice is aim for a small-moderate calorie deficit for at least six months. You shouldn't loose more than 1-2lbs per week. Took me 3 years to loose three stone, but I kept it off for good.
I'd begin with tracking your food with the app myfitnessPal for an entire week. I mean everything, every cup of tea, every spoonful of sugar, every little biscuit. That will give you am average kcal consumption. From that, take off maybe 10-15% and aim to eat within this small deficit. Weight loss is achieved by Consistency. Yeah there will be a few days when you're over but try and be 80-90% of the time in a deficit and you will see results. Just really learn about nutrition, learn and understand what your body needs. Eat with no distraction. Take a walk at every opportunity. Form many small habits for an active lifestyle. E.g. I used to take the bus all the time to get into town. Now I walk 25min, but I always, always walk. That makes a massive difference over time. Just don't try anything extreme. Small steps but consistent. If you "fall off" the wagon because of a birthday party that's fine. Just the next day, go back to your eating. Don't throw in the towel. Allow yourself treats within your calorie limit. I still have chocolate or sweets every day, but in much smaller quantities. Hope that helps
