I just want to say a BIG Thank you to everybody who posts, --- Thanks to all you great encouragers on weight loss NHS, I have never been so hopeful in my life, this Health Unlocked is a life saver. pineapple, I loved your post, and I am going to try and exercise, and try some of the recipe's on the site you shared. Thanks everybody, this 12stone 2lb ---- will sing my heart out with every bit I loose ----and because I have found this site, ---- I am sure it is the answer to my prayers for help , love to all in our togetherness on our journey to health ---- love, Lottie

If you haven't worked it out yet, you can tag someone by starting off their name with an '@' symbol. So you would tag pineapple by typing @pineapple and choosing the right one from the drop down selection.

@ tiggerr is this me taged you Tiggerr, just trying it out , to learn how to Tag , no guess this is wrong, I cant work it out, and also don't know how to do a photograph--- oh well, I shall blame it on OLD AGE , I am 77 years old
