Need help

Hi I’m not new at dieting but I need a diet that works I’ve tried and failed at most of them Atkins diet (after 3 weeks I was so ill I passed out)

W Watchers couldn’t get on with the points system

Slimming world - dinners were fine and still cook their recipes but sticking to 15 syns was too hard

I am a chocoholic so eating fruit instead of chocolate just doesn’t cut it for me

I need help I run 3 times a week (just done week 4 C5k and walk around 5 miles a day with my dog)
