Nuts ... yes or no ..
Hello and welcome to the Weight Loss Forum Michaelaxx 😊
Nuts are full of protein, fibre and some good healthy fat, however, they aren’t magical on their own. For fat loss you need to eat a balanced diet from a wide range of nutrients and exercise portion control.

I agree with IndigoBlue61 regarding nuts as i personally eat nuts and I have lost but I eat a very small amount plus I cut out sugar, dairy and red meat so it equals out. I feel that as long it is in your calorie range it is okay. That is if you are using calories or points.
Nuts are highly nutritious, but they are very high on calories and it is easy to eat more than you should. So it might be a good idea to decant them in little portions or use a small amount to sprinkle on salads.
I used to have what my doctor called, dry eye, where my eyes felt as though they had grit in them. Since adding more healthy fats into my diet which includes nuts, I have not used eye drops for dry eye probably since adding healthy fats to my diet. It may be a coincidence but I have been free of dry eye now for quite a few months. Also my hair and nails have a marked difference too. Although, as indigoBlue61, said they are high in calories and once I start eating nuts I don’t want to stop so I do weigh either twenty or thirty grams in a little pot. I eat them more slowly enjoying the crunch and the flavour. Ten grams is sixty calories.
