hello I m trying to lose some weight but It's difficult for me because I don't really like going to the gym so, I decided to do some regime based on veggies, but I only lose 6 lbs since February, can you give me some advice, please !

You can lose weight by June and you've made a very good start, with 6lbs gone already. A reasonable, healthy rate would be 1-2lbs (0.5-1kg) per week. Any more than that and it wouldn't be fat you are losing. I suggest you think in terms of developing a healthy lifestyle for life as I'm sure you don't want to lose the weight quickly just to see it pile back on again when you go back to eating "normally".
