I have just joined up. I want to lose weight but love food and also use it when I am bored or anxious, especially sweet things. I also love lattes! Tried slimming world but found it too complicated. Very little will power and hate exercise but feel this plan might be the one! Good to have support.

Hi Tiggiwinkle, like you I've done SW ( and WW, and Scottish Slimmers and the 5:2 plan !). Like you, I feel this plan may be the one. Good luck and looking forward to us all helping each other along.
Hi Tiggiwinkle - I could have actually written this!! Hahahahah
I am not the greatest fan of exercise but I am competitive so I find a Fitbit is really good to count your steps. You even get a trophy when you hit your target! I started yesterday too - let’s hope this is the one for us both x
