I am new here, I need to get my nutrients under control, I go to the gym 3 times a week so I am relativity fit, but 4 stone over weight. I struggle late afternoon during the working week with cravings, so I am hoping to learn what to eat to stop this and how to change my mind set to get my nutrients improved and start to loose the weight. Any advice would be welcoming.
Thanks
Jools

Are you craving late afternoon because you're hungry, because there's something happening to make you think of food, or because of your food choices? Maybe this would help you make the right choices phcuk.org/wp-content/upload...
