I am needing to lose around 2 - 2 1/2 stone and have been really struggling with motivation, my job is mostly visiting clients in their own homes so not really energetic, I don't sleep well due to pain due to arthritis and feel so lathargic by the end of the day and just want to chill with hubby, cannot find anyone local to go exercising with for support so thought I would join here and see if I can get some support and motivation here

Wishing you all the best. I have just started on the forums too and found it is helpful to make yourself accountable to others. I'm in a similar position, I don't yet know enough people locally to exercise with someone but I am thinking of joining park run/running club or a local Zumba class. I did go to park run once and they were so supportive.
Looking forward to sharing this weight loss journey!
