That's a good goal to aim for Icandothis. Let us know how you get on... this means good and bad times, as people often give up when things don't go to plan and then 'hide'.

Good luck!

Will do. And after I did c to 5k few year back and had a bad experience with hecklers bearing in mind I have anxiety I am also looking at the 10 min workouts I can do at home. I was having a bad week other week before weigh in and threw a few 10 min exercises in and somehow worked 3.5lb off

We're often starting from a point of lower self-esteem and it's easier to take it badly (been there and done that :( ).

Methinks that the 3.5lb had more to do with sensible eating but those exercises would have definitely helped. Wtg!!! :)

Good morning Icandothis, are you talking about the App for the weight loss forum? If you are, just be warned, it isn't as good as using the full site on a computer or your phone. You can't see everything on it. I wouldn't want you to miss out :)

Wishing you a lovely day :)

The 12 week plan. Meal planner (meal mixer) also helps

Ahh I see :) Make sure that you check the NHS BMI calculator and find your own personal calorie range. Don't be tempted to stick to the 1400 generic number they suggest.

Seeing your reply to Tiggerr, I can see that you are throwing yourself into this - well done and good luck :)
