We don't advocate diets, as they generally fail and result in yoyo dieting and eventual weight gain. Far better to eat fresh foods, home prepared meals, limit processed food, especially sugary stuff and stick to meals, with no snacking. Have a look at this phcuk.org/wp-content/upload...
