This week I was much more relaxed with what I was eating which lead to a 5lbs gain on the scales....although I was expecting a gain, I wasn't expecting on this big and I'm feeling fairly disheartened about it.

The problem with any kind of ‘diet’ is that when you stop then it’s really easy to put weight back on ☹️ However it unlikely you have gained 5lbs of fat so quickly.
