A LCHF diet is naturally gluten free, so you could try that, but just leave dairy out of your menus. Here's the link to the LCHF forum healthunlocked.com/lchf-diet and you'll find dozens of recipes online for dairy free.

hi there curvybetty - why not try this in stages. Firstly reduce/remove lactose.

I suggest that if you have drinks with milk in then either try a lactose free milk (I like oat milk as it tastes the same as regular milk) or change your drink altogether. Try looking at vegan recipes as they do not contain lactose.

Once you have given the lactose reduction time to work (2 weeks), move onto gluten free foods.

if you try to do everything at once you can't really find out the cause of your problems. I always find breaking everything down into manageable bits helps the confusion.

Good luck and I hope you start to feel better soon.

Hi, our home is dairy free too. It took me a while to get to grips to what has dairy in it but with time you’ll get the hang of it.

Don’t overthink it dinner wise. There are plenty of dinners which don’t need dairy. I even cooked lasagne without it.

Baked beans, chickpeas (onion, tomato purée, chickpeas) with rice. You can replace the chickpeas with green beans, courgettes, aubergine etc. All works fine and easy to cook. Boil some rice with it and you have a meal. Of course there are roast dinners or curries too.

We use rice milk for cereal, coffee or baking.

Good luck 😉

I agree with mazza36 that you should exclude one thing at a time so see how it affects you. Perhaps these recipe collections can be of use bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/cat...
