Walking back to happiness

I have joined a walking group in my village, did 4 miles for my first walk with them. Enjoyed it and can,t wait to go with them again. They walk once a week. I have only walked on my own around the park, where I live.

Sounds good :) I enjoy going out with a walking group, too. It gives you new places to explore.

Why not join the exercise challenges? Your minutes and kilometres will be a welcome addition.
