Any ideas for anything tasty that doesn't involve chicken?

Pork, beef, lamb, venison, ostrich, crocodile, duck, eggs, cheese? The list is endless and there are dozens of recipes in Topics, or you could log onto the Daily Diary and see what everyone else is eating :)

No, I've never tried it, but you can buy crocodile burgers from a well known frozen food shop :)

Basically any other meat! There are plenty of veggie options too! Why have you only been eating chicken?

I used to do WW, and it's become a habit I suppose. The WW plan that I followed seemed to nudge you into eating chicken (no points) and bully you off anything like rice or pasta.

Ahhh, I've never looked at or seen WW or SW plans. Any meat in moderation is acceptable really, just have a sensible size portion. Pork fillet is just as healthy as a comparison to chicken and a little bit of red meat in the plan is good too. Don't feel limited to just one thing 😀

Don't forget veggie protein: peas, beans, lentils, chickpeas etc.

There are other birds too - duck, goose, turkey, game birds.

I think chicken is easy to digest, and probably the cheapest source of protein - so it is very popular.
