Well what a relief. I usually only allow myself one day at weekends to have alcohol and eat less healthy but last weekend it was 3 in a row. But instead of just bad eating rest of the week I controlled my eating, did 2 exercise classes and even though start of week suggested 2 lbs gain last night I’d stayed the same. Now to get that 2lb actual loss next week. Don’t let a bad day be an excuse to ruin the week 😉

I often do this which is why my weight loss is quite slow but it is sustainable for me! 🙂
I rarely do it an my weight loss is still slow !!!
I like wine and I do have some Friday-Sunday. I’m sure if I gave it up I’d lose weight much faster but it’s not sustainable for me. I don’t see the point in doing something that I’m not going to keep up, so it’s very slow and steady for me!🤣
I think it’s a big step, to have a few bad days and get back on track. Well done, we are not robots!
I once read something funny which reflects what you are saying - if you dropped your mobile phone on the ground and cracked the screen, you wouldn’t say “oh well I’ve ruined it now!” and jump up and down on it until it was smashed to pieces, would you?! So why would you carry on eating too much, or just rubbish, just because you went off track for a couple of days.
