told the dr at hospital no way can I lose 3 stone in weight .she gave me a list of what not to eat.so I went through the list with her and what I do eat. only down fall was my love of jacket potatoes.....she said its exercise. I know says me .I walk lots .swimming she says .I told her that's a luxury. on £79 a week welfare money I cant afford to go swimming.so am planning to ask my own dr for a disability keep fit club.. I cant use a gym as I have balance problems along with brain damage and musleskeleton problems .I have tried 4 keep fit classes and they put me at the back of the class because I cant keep up with the music....I got no co-ordination. i go walking by myself(locally) and with a group from my church. since I had my gall bladder out I am full after about 4 mouthfuls of veg and fruit. today I had hot lemon and porridge oats....lunch was sliced chicken 1 slice 1.orange and 20 blueberries and water . tea/dinner this evening was left overs from sunday which was sweetcorn/peas/ 2 small potatoes and one vegi sausage and again I left most of it and 3 glasses water .i have a hot chocolate round about now ,(not every night) mainly its camomile tea) made with water.(walmart swissmiss chocolate) 90 calories per cup..thats it nothing more till tomorrow except water.

Welcome Wendy :)

Are you eating enough? Your body may switch to starvation mode and stop you losing weight if not.

Also, walking is awesome exercise. We have members here who have lost lots of weight through sensible eating and walking. Also walking is free!

Anyway, best of luck in your journey. :)
