What a difference a few weeks make!

Of course the weight loss is great but I feel so positive and empowered saying no to rubbish food and sweet things. I got offered chocolate and wine last night (usually my Achilles heel) but I refused, thought to myself "no, why should undo my good work". I just got weighed and I am 13 st flat Whoop Whoop!!! I'm really buzzing about making it into the 12st zone!!

I am glad for you (and I am looking forward to getting under 100kg).

It is not just about the number on the scales.

You are getting fit for (longer) life... and fit to enjoy life.

I do not like "wasting food" so I have been eating a few chocolates a day ...to eat up the 3,500 calorie box of Christmas chocolates - and I think I have convinced myself I do not like chocolate!

Great stuff (or rather NOT stuffing!). It's a mindset which hopefully is here to stay - but allow yourself SOME treats as it's also a lifestyle not the D word so make sure you enjoy it :)

Great advice I have allowed myself some indulgences but just things I really want and yes never felt so mentally positive before I think my 50th birthday looming has been a motivator and the fact that life is sweet enough without cakes ! and on your success - 25kg one word- Wow!!! you have done amazingly well! inspirational x thank you for your kind words.
