Day4 of a healthier life style

So far Day 4 is going as planned. Sticking to the meals I have planned. I didn't let the black ice stop me walking up the hill from the shops. It's only day 4 and I am already feeling better for cutting out the rubbish (apart from my treat with coffee at the end of the day, but only if I have been good all day. And it is part of my calorie count) feeling less hungry now so not craving so much for food between meals.
