Hello Today I went for walk from 1pm to 4 pm and didn't seat for a moment. Got blister on bought of feet but I am very happy ate healthy and it is my second day without suger thank you for support

Very nice! I was out and about as well and the snow made everything look so special. Do take care of your feet though: if you're not used to walking longer distances you may need to work up to it slowly. Nothing's more disappointing than having to pause your new hobby due to injuries.
Very well done Mallenka 👏 the first few days are the most difficult, the longer you stick to plan the easier it becomes 😊
But I am worry about my birthday don't know what to do. Should I have ice-cream or not. Will this let me down. What if I want more sweets and more again hmmmm help
You know yourself better than anyone. Have some faith. I have always had a little bit of all my favourites as denying myself leads to cravings. Others find they need to go cold turkey. It’s very unlikely one day will scupper your plan 😊
