When I think about the amount of weight I want to lose it seems like such a huge amount. I feel impatient to lose it. But I know I’ll have to it take one day at a time and celebrate the small victories.
Have a spinning class booked for today after work. Looking forward to it, at least that’s moving me in the right direction.

I feel the same I have so much to lose but I know its one step at a time. The problem im having at the moment is no energy what so ever, this is really getting to me, im keeping to the calories just no energy
Hi Pineapple88 I've been reading about sleep and problems with craving sweet stuff and your diet ect I was really surprised, I really do suffer with sleep problems thanks for bringing this up but I've just also checked I've not been getting enough calories, seams I've only really been having 1500 calories and I should be having much more if I'm to get anywhere at this stage, I've check out the BMI calculator and the RMR they both tell me the same although I'm sure I have lost weight it's not very healthy for me and I have struggled too much, so I'm going to re organise my diet plan so I can try to stick to a healthier one for me.
Hi Lucigret to be truthful im not really eating a lot let me give you a run down of a days food intake.... Breakfast... 1 Banana, 1/3 Pot Greek yoghurt, 2 cups almond milk
Lunch bacon sandwich with lettuce 2 slice of bread
Calculate your Personal calorie intake on the NHS BMI calculator and try to eat at least at the mid range, preferably higher. You will have more energy if you eat more, but lower your intake of bread, pasta, rice and potatoes. You also stand a better chance of loosing weight as your body won’t feel starved and will be happier to let go.
I will add a of link for you to read when I can get to my lap top 😊
Purple universe sorry to hear you have no energy i know the feeling i am just getting over a 2 week flu before this i was exercising every day but this morning got myself out of bed and did a 20mn exercise. Not easy but back in the swing agian now. Small steps you will get there. Good luck.
