Hey there! Welcome! I only recently started but everyone is fab and very supportive! I’m liking your week 1 goals! Snacking is hard when you’re surrounded by yummy treats! Make sure your breakfast and lunch are filling so your not hungry then you won’t be tempted! Or have some healthy snacks which you can eat instead! You’ll be fine! Stay focused and motivated!

See you on Monday weigh in! 😃👍

Welcome to the forum Chunkythighs

I used to have this trick that id do whenever i was tempted but not actually hungry & now im experiencing weight issues i am going to do it again - i put a hair band or elastic around my wrist and when ever someone offers me a trigger food or something i dont need or im feeling tempted myself, id pull the band and let go of it against my wrist, its mildly uncomfortable and i found it helped me move past the urge to eat - like aversion therapy i guess! Plus id also wear something sweet smelling like vanilla body spray as id find id not fancy something sweet after smelling it all day! They helped me then and im going to try then again !

Good luck xx

Hi BridgeGirl I’m also new and have got confused about privacy I was told yesterday one of my things was locked and that you can tell by the padlock and by ticking who can see your posts but what’s confusing me is if I reply to a comment there’s no option to say who can see it so is it only when you put a new post of your own on that this has to be done I’ve only put my Saturday weight in yesterday and that’s the only time I’ve seen this option of who can see it. Thankyou I’m not very good with technology

Yes, you're right, you can only lock a post when you write a new post (you can edit it if you forget, but it can only be locked by the person posting).

Because of privacy concerns, many members will not reply to a post like this one from Chunkythighs because their comments could be shared around the Internet without their knowledge or permission.

So how do you know the persons post are locked before you reply to them I’ve just looked and didn’t know that

If unlocked, there isn't a padlock on the top line and you'll see the Twitter, Facebook and email logos below the post

Thankyou I’ve looked now at other posts and noticed the padlock
