New job!

I start a new job in 4 weeks and I'm very excited for lots of reasons, but one health related one is my hours will be 8-4 and 10-6! So on am early week plenty of time after work for a run even in the winter. And on lates I can go for a morning swim or run! And I'm always up in the morning to feed the cats and that's when I have all my good intentions so I foresee sticking to the plans.

Good luck with your new job - it is excellent that it will fit in with your exercise plans too :)

Congratulations and good luck with your new job. Sounds like you've got a good plan x

That is a really good plan and should work because the mood boosting endorphins will power you through. I did something similar and cutting hours doing paid work and boosted the amount of exercise I get to about 20 hours a week. I ditched the car and I now do everything I would have paid someone to do. I cannot describe how much better i feel.
