I will be stating my 12 week plan tomorrow, the same day I am having my induction at the gym!
About 5 years ago I was at my target weight and then after a bad break up and several health issues I became overweight and unfit. I want to lose 3 and a half stone and become fitter and healthier. I've been fit and healthy before, I will do it again!
This time next year I will be feeling fabulous in the clothes I want to wear and be happy to see myself in photographs! Not feeling like I'm dying after a session at the gym will also be great...!

As you've done it before, I have no doubt you'll do it again and this time you'll have the opportunity to join our Maintainers' Club, to keep you supported.
As you're starting the 12 week plan, then I advice that you visit the NHS BMI calculator, for an accurate calorie range that's right for you, as the 1400 specified is a generic amount and will probably be far too few.
From experience, I'd also say don't buy low fat/fat free/lite, as they often have sugar/sweeteners added to make them palatable, are more processed and less satiating. Much better to eat the full-fat varieties.
Good luck with your gym induction!
