NHS Calorie Checker and BMI calculator not visible on NHS website - fix issued

Hi all

Over the last month, a few people with certain browsers (mostly Firefox) have had problems with invisible Calorie Checker and BMI Calculator tools. The tools are on the respective pages but some people just can't see them, and there's not even an empty space to show where the tool should be.

It's been incredibly difficult to track down because it's only been around 50 or so out of over a million uses of the BMI calculator and calorie checker during this period. It seems to be due to some automated content blocking within browsers conflicting with our tool code.

A fix has now been issued so if you clear your browser cache the tool should now appear.

If you need instructions on how to do this, please see refreshyourcache.com/en/home/

You should then see the calorie checker and BMI within the page as per the pic:

I hope this helps. If not, please get back in touch

Kind regards

Martin
