Welcome @jojojump hope you've had a good new year's eve. With the help from everyone in here you will reach your goal, set yourself little goals just something to aim for, but be realistic with it. Use the forum as much as you can as there are a lot of people with lots of advice on what's worked and not worked for them. For meal ideas use the daily diary as it's where people post what they are planning on eating over the next day as it helps you stick to your plan if it's written down. But whatever you decide to do enjoy it as if you don't you won't want to continue it for however long you need to to lose the weight you want.

I echo jojojump's post as I have 51 pounds and so it's a neat way to look at the next year or so. My weight has yoyo-ed for as long as I can remember, and so this year, I am declaring, to myself and all of you, is going to be different. Just need the help.
