Disappointed and struggling to make changes.

Hi, I'm 50 years old and 18.2 the heaviest I've ever been and I feel it. It's time for change, for me and especially my health. I hate feeling and looking like this. The first of January is where change needs to begin.

Welcome back Owlspinner, nothing much has changed since you joined 3 months ago, but this time I suggest you log onto the forum regularly and get involved with the activities. Here's a link to today's weigh-in, so that you can log your start weight :)

Thanks for your kind words of support. I too had my gallbladder out a year ago and that's made a difference to being in pain. Your right small steps and changes are the way to go. It's not just a physical change that's the challenge it it's mentally. πŸ™‚
