Ola tenho 45 anos e preciso de ajuda para perder peso preciso ter um plano alimentar e exercícios adequado peço que me enviem sujestoes obrigado

Parece que tu tienes un plano ... ¡ese es lo mas importante! Vale, ahora tenemos las fiestas de Navidad y el año nuevo entonces no te preocupe mucho si bebes y comes mas que es ideal ... ¡eso es lo que pasa para todos! (¡¡yo incluido!!

Hay mucha gente aqui que pueden ayudarte con soporte y aviso ..... pero en inglés...
