Cheese is good when eaten within your plan and counted. It keeps you full :)

We all go off plan sometimes Flatbelly61 you're still here and you've still got all the support of the forum. Climb back on. Take a little time to think about how you can be better prepared robot go off plan this way again; or at least not so much off plan. It helps to be more aware.

You can still do this.

Confession over, get back on the wagon and make sure you weigh in regardless. You will get the support you need from your fellow weighers.

We all fall of the wagon, I have the bumps and bruises to show for it. The most important thing is you get back on as soon as possible :)

Dont panic Flatbelly61 . This is real life and real life is not about totally denying the things we love. If we try to ban things from our menu we are almost doomed to fail. For some people it's chocolate for me it's cheese and wine.

Far better to allow a sensible amount into our weekly total, count it and really enjoy it. I had 3 G&Ts yesterday with some friends that I hadn't originally planned for....these things happen....but today's a new day and today I'll just have cups of tea . Swings and roundabouts. But DO count it in.

I did the same (feeling a bit too Christmassy after getting the tree up) so worked out how to run it off - turns out that running for about half an hour burns almost exactly the same calories as in a bottle of wine.

Think positive - at least it was wine not spirits (How man calories is a bottle of Whisky?).

(Not guilty, life-long TTer)
