HEY guys I want to begin this morning with motivation for those who have seem to given up and believe that they cannot achieve the body they want :remember the beginnings always going to be the hardest however before giving up and thinking you cannot make this journey see your self in 3 months see yourself a year later and see how you would look after shedding all the pounds and excessive weight you'd be looking great right ? remember your goal anyone can do it so can you
MY STORY SO FAR
ive been doing the NHS weight plan diet for the past 4 weeks and yes I've had a bit ups and downs and felt like quitting after seeing the results on the scales however I was told to have hope and believe in my self I took these words wisely and began to step up my game .the results to weigh loss will gradually show after months of working hard i hope you all join me on this journey as nothing happens overnight

Stay with it, don't lose hope even on the sticky days/weeks, you can do it and it will be worth it😃
Nothing is impossible, tell yourself everyday ' I'm possible'.
Thank you for this, feeling really stressed at work this week and too much going on in my life, not feeling well and feeling it's just so much hard work trying to keep up the plan. But clinging onto my goals and still managing to eat healthily. Let's all stick together and keep on keeping on.
