yes it is very had when the month comes but you know it is the hormones I just be very careful and I find other activities to do. I only eat regular and not the whole time if I am hungry than you know it is hormonal!

I know at the time of the month I want everything, my tastebuds are alive and hungry. But I've learnt their never fully satisfied.

Sometimes it's hard but now when I catch myself standing at the cupboard doors ready to grab everything and anything I stop take a breath and ask myself what I'm doing? and listen to my body for an answer, if I'm hungry I'll have it (which I never am) and if I'm not I walk away and get a drink as I know that's what I really want. 😊

Time of the month may have something to do with it but I would suggest you lost the two stones too quickly by being overly restrictive. Your body will answer back if it thinks it has a famine to face.

I'll refer you back to the replies you had when you first joined. Follow the links moreless gave you then, so you can get the best out of the forum healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

And please consider locking your posts

I agree with BridgeGirl you may have lost two stone too quickly. I think that would not be possible to sustain such a loss. Also most of that lost loss may have been water. And has we ladies know bloating and carrying water at that time of month is almost a given for most of us xx

Maybe reflect on what you actually ate to put that stone back on as that food you did eat seemed to really rapidly pile the weight on . You can only eat what you buy . Have an apple or clean your teeth . Fill your time . I go to exercise classes at night . It stops me eating at my critical time . Get away from food even a trip to the library or try a language class . I found it hard if I was sat 30 seconds away from food .

I agree with the others that was a very quick weight loss. Its better to loose it slowly and keep it off. Tgey usually saw up to a 4lb gain at that time of the month.
