Hello Geminipink and welcome to the forum. Newbie badge now in place :)

A good way to start here would be joining the Sunday Super Slimmers weigh in team. You'll get to know a very supportive bunch of people who will appreciate your support, too. Here's the link. If you read the opening post, it will explain all healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh... If you prefer another day for your weigh in, there's one every day.

You'll find a list of all the forum activities here healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

..... and this Newbie pack will help you find your way around healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

As for your next steps in finding a healthy eating plan, I would say be very careful not to cut your calories too much. You can get a personalised calorie range by searching NHS BMI calculator.

I'd also suggest you read this post. It may be that there is a better option for you than calorie counting. healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...

Wishing you all the best and I hope you become an active and supportive member of the forum 😊

Forgot to mention.

I see you have left your post unlocked.

This means that it, and any replies, can be shared around the Internet without your knowledge or consent (see the Twitter and Facebook logos below your post). Often that won't matter to you but sometimes people discuss personal stuff or accidentally disclose something that might identify them so we think it's a good extra level of security to lock your posts. :)

Here's some information about keeping yourself safe online healthunlocked.com/nhsweigh...
