Are you back from your holiday now? Hope that you have had a great time and have come back feeling more motivated. If not, then come and join in more
Hi lucigret,
I had a great holiday ,still not motivated since returned home .
In work yesterday , Stressful ,I have the doctor telephoning me today regarding recent blood tests .So I'm sure they will be wagging a finger at me .
I will have a look at that link.
Gary
I'm glad our holiday was a good one
I hope that the Doctor won't be wagging a finger and that your blood results are ok.
Do you have much more weight to loose? I wonder if a period of not thinking about loosing but just maintaining would take the pressure off for a while?
Just been shopping and bought some leggings for running.
They are for this weather and to prevent injury , hopefully spur me on to start plodding again.
My weigh in day is tomorrow,
May be around a 5 lb gain.
Gary

Hi Movie1,
I agree with gman, maybe start with a weigh-in and go from there.
All the best!
Making a post on here is a very positive first step so pat yourself on the back but recognise that it means YOU have concern about your weight and YOU want things to be different so there is motivation there. Think of it as a muscle. To develop that muscle, that motivation, exercise it by joining in as luciegret has explained and before long you will feel much better ! Good luck
Hi Movie1 - glad youāve joined us. I have not been here long but my motivation has increased lots since joining in with the conversations here and people have been so supportive. It really is worth it and so are you so donāt give up šš
