Does anyone know what has happened to the nhs BMI calculator. I was using their calorie range recommendations to help me lose weight. I have lost 2 stone over 13 weeks and check in every half stone to recalculate my range. I tried to find it this weekend and keep going around in circles. It seems to have disappeared.

Hello Katy-May and welcome 😊
You can find it if you search on NHS BMI calculator but the layout is different. Go to Check your BMI and it will give your calorie range below your BMI, unless your BMI is lower than 25 nhs.uk/live-well/healthy-we...

I have done this and it keeps taking me back to the same page 'understanding your BMI result'. There is a link on the left side that says; 'check your BMI' but it just takes me to the page I'm on already.
When I click on Check your BMI, I get a format asking for height, weight etc nhs.uk/live-well/healthy-we...
Some one else had this a while ago, it may be a fault and needs reporting. Have you tried re-starting your device? Or using a different browser?
In the end I found it using my phone, but still can't get to it on my lap top. I'm relieved it's not gone because the calorie recommendations are working for me. It's great that you get a range. I try to stick to the lower end for maximum weight loss but don't panic if if I feel the need to eat more. It seems to be a more generous allowance than some of the other apps I looked at and as it has worked, I am happy, so's my Dr.
Do you mean this one? nhs.uk/live-well/healthy-we...
Hi I had a terrible time trying to find it s few weeks back. When for some reason I changed my numbers and added 5 stone to my weight, it gave me the view I was looking for again! So I assumed that it didn't report calories if your BMI is pretty healthy. It would still be useful to be able to sense-check what I'm eating against the recommendations.
