Hiya does anyone drink on the weekends and still manage a loss or is that just wishful thinking haha

Of course! Just don't forget to count how many you're drinking and watch out for the snacks.... Personally I find holding out for 'drinking at the weekend' a problem as then I feel a bit hard done by if I can't - if I have to drive or something. So I have a drink on any day when I really, really want one, and that seems to mean that I really, really want one a lot less than I used to! It takes the pressure off hanging on for that special weekend treat!

I like a drink now and again, but as mentioned above, watch out for calories and also the post-drinking munchies that strike 🤣.

Generally, I don’t deny anything as that leads to cravings, but I do find I drink much less these days 😊

Overall, me too. Most weeks I can easily get away with one or two. However I find that if ever I do overindulge it shows VERY very quickly on the scales 😕
