oh dear... I'm having one of those days today as well so im in the same boat as you... I usually get a really bad food craving a couple of days before my "time of the month" and I'm struggling at the moment to stop myself eating everything in site...
I have done the same as you over eaten but I needed it 😊hopefully back on track tomo
I wouldn't worry about today's excess, particularly if you've maintained a deficit in the days leading up. Furthermore, if the excess hasn't taken you over TDEE, there'll be even less to worry about.
Tdee is 1502, just worked it out, so we m ok. Thanks MrNiceGuy
Are you sure that's not your bmr? Sounds a bit low to be TDEE.

I'm away from home at a very enjoyable murder mystery weekend. The food is obviously all supplied with very limited choice, all delicious. So I have given up entirely counting in til I get back home. But as I'm having a great time (and have successfully guessed one of the murderers) I'm not worrying and I'll just have to work hard before weighing in on Friday.😊
