Hiya, i was chatting to a work mate yesterday, and i could not believe what i was hearing, i am doing well on the keto plan, so i thought i was encouraging this work mate, who expressed she desprately would like to loose weight, as the conversation unfolded and i sugessted weight watchers, slimming world and just healthy eating, the work mate said none of those would work for her, because she has not got the patience to wait for a result ,she wants to start a diet and be instantly slim, that day.
well i thought its not going to happen diet wise, my neice has been going to slimming world and worked hard, it has not been easy at all, plus she goes to the gym and other classes she enjoys its took her 2 years to burn off 11 stone/ 69 kilos, thats a lot of commitment and investment in her self, and she has reason to be proud because she turned her life around, almost died. so my thought are, if you seriously want to loose weight dear work mate , reality does play a role there no quick fixes it is going to be hard work, but you can achieve so much more than a dream of been slim in reality.
