I did, very conscientiously, for several months and I still check if I'm having something I have used before.

My calorie range when I started was around 1500 - 2000, so I tended to aim for 1800 a day. It's now reduced to around 1450 - 1850 as I've lost weight. You need to get your own range and aim for the upper end.

I'll repeat what IndigoBlue has said to another poster - you may get more replies if you lock your post as many members do not replied to unlocked posts :)

Hi, to lock your post, click on v next to More, select Edit (which will open your post), then select Only followers in my community, then Post.

You'll see below your post the icons for Facebook, Twitter and email. That's because if your post is unlocked it can be shared anywhere on the internet, including replies, which many posters are not comfortable. It's another layer of privacy and security for us all :)
