Just wanted to say hi and to say that I will be starting on the 12 week plan from Monday, I felt by actually writing the post I would be committing myself more. I'm great with good intentions but will power is not my strong point so my plan is just to take this week by week, and hopefully get a good result at the end of each week. To get back to my happy weight I would like to loose 1stone - 1 1/2 stone. So fingers crossed!!
