Why have I stopped losing weight?

This is my first post and I would like to know why I have stopped losing weight. After a bit of success, I have come to a halt.

Welcome to our friendly and supportive forum Ives,

I would guess you are probably not eating enough, but it is hard to answer your question without knowing what you are eating.

Are you calorie counting and are you following the NHS 12 week plan. If you are please note that the calorie allowances NHS suggest on the plan are a generic figure. You need to use the NHS BMI calculator to work out your own calorie range and start towards the top end.

Hi Ives6591 and welcome.

Without knowing what you're eating, it's difficult to comment. I'd suggest you follow lucigret's suggestions of checking your calorie allowance, eating enough and eating well, using the Daily Diary for ideas and feedback on your own meal plans :)
