Another good week

Well another good week now down to 16st 4.5. lbs only another 2.5lbs to go to lose my 1st stone. Got a really good surprise yesterday I bought myself a new pair of jeans but got them a size smaller than normal (36 instead of38) as an insentive to keep the diet going. really shocked that they fitted really well. 😁😁

Great job I was thinking of going to charity shop getting a jumper or tee shirt which is two sizes smaller and working hard to get into it Gail

Just tried a tee shirt from last summer it was a size 10 it was really tight but I know with a lot of hard work six weeks I should be able to wear it ready for my birthday Gail

Isn't it great when you actually get proof of your weight loss . I will never be a size 10 but am over the moon with my less wobbly bits and flatter tum . I like shopping for clothes now . So much more suits me as well as fits me . Well done you . Its a shame the size isn't on the outside ...oh maybe Levi's but my legs are too short for those .
