Well, can't remember what my start weight was and it was only last week! I think it was 99kg so at 100.3kg thisxweek i have gainen 2.3kg 🤦♀️ and I have been more active and walked 5 miles yesterday!!. Ah well, today's another day. Starting it with Greek yoghurt and strawberries, crudites and hummus mid morning. Late lunch if omelette and salad. Not dure abour dinner yet. Aiming for 1400 calories WITH NO CHOCOLATE 😀
Nice sunny day but blimey it's been a breezy year so far. My poorcraspberriesxare looking particularly battered. 😟

Hi well done for the walking, haven’t exercised for 5 wks , am finding it difficult to motivate myself at home, hope the gyms open again soon. I am restarting as well, good luck for the week ahead p.s. it’s windy and cold here too😊
Just read your bio, I have two total hip replacements, one last year the other in 2018. I had lost 6 st over a few yrs, then put 60lbs back on. Now starting to have problems with my knee. I desperately want to loose weight to make the most of the surgery I have had. Good luck😊
