Well, can't remember what my start weight was and it was only last week! I think it was 99kg so at 100.3kg thisxweek i have gainen 2.3kg 🤦♀️ and I have been more active and walked 5 miles yesterday!!. Ah well, today's another day. Starting it with Greek yoghurt and strawberries, crudites and hummus mid morning. Late lunch if omelette and salad. Not dure abour dinner yet. Aiming for 1400 calories WITH NO CHOCOLATE 😀
