Thank you 😊basically I need to cut down portions and calories and excerise more...how easy is that to work out. but for some reason eating lots and flaking out on the couch seems to be the brain choice at mo. Way too heavy and blobby and just have to get my bum in gear to loose this immense timber on me 💪👍

Welcome to the forum and good luck Trafford99. I'm finding the NHS 12 week plan really helpful .... You can print off a sheet for the week for recording calories and activity etc....

Monday. Like starting a new job . Record what you eat and after a month you will know what you like and the macros and cals in it . Shop wisely and watch portions . I think some do over complicate things . Combined with exercise the weight does drop , I am 58 . I was 80kg in Jan and am now 64 kg . I do enjoy wine , crisps and choc at weekend but do 2 Zumba classes each of those days and try to get at least a 3 mile walk in even if it's shopping ! For me this is a lifestyle not a punishment. I am strict during the week as work distracts me but I am not really banning any foods - just eating them less and less of them .
