Hello, i need to lose weight, at least a stone. i have disabilities which affect mobility and everyday functioning which makes any exercise extremely difficult. I also work two jobs so i am on the go from 7.30am till 4.30pm, then 5.30pm till 9pm so eating fast rubbish due to timescales has become a habit. I need to lose weight for self improvement, physical benefits and for my long term future or i will make my conditions worse.

Hello Geordie and welcome to our friendly forum,
We have several members that have disabilities and find exercising a challenge. Weight loss is mostly down to what you eat, exercise is obviously good for us and helps to keep us toned, but not imperative.
The most important thing is to make sure you are eating the right amount of calories, please do not be tempted to keep them too low, especially as you live such a busy life. Check out your own personal range by using the NHS BMI calculator - the link to it is in the information below.
I would suggest that maybe you look into batch cooking when time allows and putting calories controlled home made ready meals in your freezer, it will help you to stop eating 'fast rubbish'

Hello and welcome Geordie1905
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you have. You'll soon find that there are many people on the forum with disabilities and health concerns who are managing to lose weight, with limited exercise.
Planning is going to be very important for you, batch cooking, as lucigret says, so you have something in the freezer, and also to take to work. Do you have access to a microwave?
Hello and welcome Geordie1905 😊.
I also have mobility issues but have lost over three stone, as Lucigret has said, what you eat is more important than exercise. Have a good read of all the information and just ask if you have any questions
Best wishes
Indigo 😊
