My first day joining this page but I started my weight loss on Monday. I lost 6 pounds by Friday morning! I started at 12 stone and would really like to get to 10 or below weekend is going to be tough but I an very determined. Have a great one all XxX

Wow, 6lbs in 4 days is an awful lot, I hope that you've checked your calorie allowance on the NHS Bmi calculator and aren't undereating. It's very satisfying to see fast weight loss, but slow and steady is more likely to result in permanent weight loss

Hi LauraJayne31, well done and I hope you stay on track for the weekend. I find my structure of work days easier than weekends and my biggest problem used to be going to the shop and getting chocolate and thinking that would be my breakfast but then having breakfast as well and being so full up I couldnt eat till the evening! My hard work all week was then ruined at the weekend so I no longer do that and have 3 meal as normal at the weekend. Have a great weekend 😜
