Well done Kimmy -I think when you reach your highest weight ever it makes you sit up and think. I got to 16 stone years ago and I really didn't care but I have never gone back to that weight although it has gone up and down for years. You don't need the gym to exercise and just losing 1 lb a week will keep you going. The support here is great and better than any club I have ever been to. Some clubs had members that had been there years and never lost weight which did not motivate me! Welcome and look forward to seeing how you progress 💖

kimmy14 well done for taking control and adjusting things to your circumstances. It's harsh when you are doing well and something puts a spanner in the works like an accident or illness. I hope your leg is better soon 😀

Well done for losing the weight it s so hard at times. You clearly know what you want and are on your way. I too have lost and gained and am determined to do it differently this time. Balance and healthy eating is a life long journey for me now rather than a sprint......more like a stroll. Good luck.
