In need of motivation!

Hi my weight is currently 10 stone and I did lose two stone to get down to 9. I felt really good at that weight but lack the motivation to do it again-I have stayed at a lower weight though for the first time in years so that's positive. I just need some support to get back on track please -I'm not sure where to enter a weekly weigh in

Congrats on the original loss and don't get too upset about the gain... it happens but you're now amongst friends that will help you every day to stay focused and hopefully make your journey more interesting (maybe even fun).

There's a weekly Strugglers' Club which you can find in Pinned Posts and when you get to your maintenance weight, there's a Maintainers' Club where we help keep each other on the right path because as you know, reaching the right weight is only part of the battle.

Good luck!

Even we maintainers hover around with a half stone or so , so don't beat yourself up over that 1 stone gain.. Firstly you need to ask yourself is a weight of 9st realistic for you? Our target weight needs to be one that is maintainable without ever feeling you're permanently " on a diet ".

What is your BMI at 10st and what was it at 9st? Maybe somewhere half way would be the answer longterm? 😊

Hi thanks for responding-this is going to be so good for me x my BMI is way over at 10stone and I feel so much better at 9 so will keep going-ate really healthily today which I do normally-its just the other eating that gets in the way
