It’s a weight watchers chicken lasagna, I’ve just added some peppers tomatoes and feta to bulk it up a bit as I’m struggling to eat my allowed calories lol

The more you can get a decent, filling lunch, the less likely you are to be looking for snacks mid afternoon

Looks nice Ezzie2018 and the additions make sense. If you need to bulk up your calories, turn to things like buts (brazils, walnuts, pecans), avocado, Greek yogurt.... rather than sweet treats like biscuits, chocolate, cake. Or things like crisps! But looks like you have the right attitude towards doing this right!
