I work quite a lot, I have a garden, I mow the lawn, I have just treated a massive fence painting, and I just love it, so why am I not losing weight, I have been trying for months now, I was getting to go below fifteen stone, but I put on four pounds, anybody any suggestions.

To be honest - you could be doing all of that then eating twice your calorie range and a host of bad things!

You could also not be eating enough!

It's not just exercise - in fact, it's more diet than exercise that will help you lose weight.

Why not try using the daily diary on here to share what you are eating daily and you will find some great advice and tips that could help you :)

As Steelad has mentioned, have a look at what you eat as this is where most weight loss is done.
